WHAT IS HERO HOUSE?
The Hero House concept was created to reward those who sacrifice so much to serve and protect us. With a combined decades long track record of creating quality real estate developments in New York and Virginia, Trevor Spiers and Peter Vassiliou always look for new ways to build and create while benefiting the community. Trevor, a Marine and Peter, having grown up in underserved communities, both share a common goal of building quality developments with both the community and it's residents in mind.
Quite often men and women of service are priced out of the communities they serve or they face a shortage of quality housing options within their budget. This is where Hero House has real impact.
Our goal is to create a comfortable living experience where First Responders, Nurses, Teachers, and Military, both active duty and retired, can affordably experience newer housing and modern amenities.

OUR FOUNDERS
We bring decades of experience in real estate development and construction to the table at Hero House.
With a strong interest to include our Hero House concept in their developments, we have already been contacted by municipalities in other regions of Virginia as well as the Mid-Atlantic looking to partner with local developers. Many of these possibilities are in Opportunity Zones which brings along with it many economic incentives. These developers are intrigued at the prospect of being able to create economically and environmentally sound projects while being able to provide a community environment that serves those who serve us.
